The only time you need internet is for the initial download and optional subscription verification (which is cached for 24 hours).
What addiction types does Aura support?
Aura supports 10 addiction types across 3 categories: Chemical (smoking, alcohol, substances, caffeine), Behavioral (gaming, social media, pornography), and Impulse (shopping, gambling, sugar). Each type has tailored features and interventions.
What are the 44 SOS tools?
The Panic Mode includes 44 specialized crisis intervention tools organized into 4 categories: Distraction (math challenges, zen garden, doodle pad), Grounding (breathing exercises, urge surfing), Support (companion voice, emergency contacts), and Prevention (phone lock, true cost calculator). Different tools are shown based on your addiction type.
